The Warehouse Filler is responsible for accurately and safely filling labeling and staging gas cylinders and other products within the Airgas warehouse ensuring efficient operations and customer order fulfillment.

• Operate cylinder filling equipment according to established safety procedures and protocols.
• Accurately fill various types of gas cylinders (e.g. oxygen nitrogen argon acetylene) to designated pressures and volumes.
• Perform quality checks on cylinders before during and after filling to ensure proper seals valve function and absence of leaks.
• Apply correct labels identifying product hazard warnings and other required information to filled cylinders.
• Move filled and empty cylinders safely within the warehouse using appropriate material handling equipment (e.g. forklifts hand trucks).
• Stage filled cylinders for shipping or transfer to other areas of the facility.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to all safety and housekeeping standards.
• Complete required documentation including fill logs inventory sheets and safety checklists.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions safety hazards or quality control issues to supervision.
• Adhere to all company policies procedures and regulatory requirements (e.g. DOT OSHA).
