The Vice President will work closely with the Chief Administrative Officer to execute the organization's strategic vision and oversee the implementation of annual program objectives.

Candidates for the Vice President of Programs position at the company must have a Master’s degree in business administration, social work, or a related field, with at least 8 years of professional experience, including 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in mental health and intellectual disabilities is desired. The role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in program management, financial oversight, and a deep commitment to the mission of the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a skilled relationship builder, capable of fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and growth.
