About the Role :
The General Manager , is responsible for strategic direction of their restaurant and must maintain operations standards and drive results though people development, sales, and profit growth. This role is tasked with teaching, modeling, and upholding Off The Hooks culture standards for all team members, guest, and partners. With your leadership and management skills, you'll help drive business growth, maintain our commitment to excellence, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitabilityEnsure operational polices, procedures, and standards to maintain consistency and meet business objectivesMonitor sales, trends, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial goalsMaintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety in compliance with health and safety regulationsConduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing leading and coachingDevelop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, increase sales and promote brand awarenessBuild and maintain relationships with the communityAddress operational challenges and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise promptly and professionallyReport all crises or emergencies to leadership in a timely and effectively wayRequirements for Success :
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorates that may be constantly changingAble to work a variety of shifts including days, evening, and weekends and travel as needed for work related functions and trainingAble to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problemsMust be ServSafe certified or willing to obtain certification3+ years of restaurant or retail management experienceNew restaurant opening experience preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderHigh school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferredPossess a valid drivers licenseBenefits :
