SMG, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an opening for a Concessions Worker for SAVOR at the Van Andel Arena. This position serves food and drinks in the concessions stands for the arena. Concession Workers are the face of the Food and Beverage department and should have great customer service skills and a positive attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

• Assist in preparing location and area for day to day operation
• Responsible for preparation and service of food and beverage to patrons
• Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area
• Responsible for accurate accounting of all transactions and end of shift inventory
• Interact with customers, clients and staff members in a pleasant and professional manner
• Provide a positive attitude and willingness to learn and assist where needed

QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This position requires stooping, lifting, walking and standing for long periods of time. Must be able to lift 30lbs.
