Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Worcester / Sturbridge area!
Responsibilities :
- Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP / IEP / ISPs or client Treatment Plan
- Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs
- Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff
- Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
- Supervise Behavior Therapists
- Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers
Qualifications
Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Ed., Psychology, or related fieldCurrent BCBA CertificationLicensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in MassachusettsExperience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programsValid Driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportationAdditional Information
