Salesforce Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and challenges related to Sales Cloud.

Elicit, document, and analyze requirements for Sales Cloud enhancements and projects.

Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions within the Salesforce platform.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and marketing, to ensure successful project delivery.

Create process diagrams, wireframes, and other visual aids to communicate requirements effectively.

Conduct needs analysis, business case definition, and requirements review.

Utilize your Salesforce Admin certification to configure and customize Sales Cloud features.

Analyze data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and optimize processes.

Facilitate solution discussions and ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

Salesforce Admin certification is required.

5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis.

Familiarity with CRM platforms, data management, and reporting.

Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively.

Salesforce Admin certification. Required.
