The Zone Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing, either directly or through delegation, work defined as zone maintenance within assigned facilities. Supervises zone maintenance specialists and coordinates with tenants and other Facilities groups performing other maintenance activities.

Hours : Full time (40 hours), Night Shift, Weekend work required

Requirements / Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Five years of maintenance or skilled trades construction
• High technical knowledge in a maintenance specialty such as carpentry, plumbing, or HVAC. Previous work experience must have demonstrated a high degree of self-management.
• Requires functional knowledge of engineering operations and planning, design and construction methods and equipment installation / inspection
