Job Summary : AdvancePCB provides electronic PCB assemblies to a variety of customers in the military, medical and commercial industries. The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of best practices in the electronic assembly environment. We need highly motivated, well organized individuals to join this dynamic, versatile and growing business.
Job Responsibilities :
- General knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and equipment operation
- Experience operating and programing My data Surface Mount Equipment a plus
- Experience using DEK Stencil printers a plus
- Experience in reflow operation and profile generation a plus
- Quality inspection experience is a plus
- IPC-610 or J-Std certification is a plus
- Strong aptitude for electronic and mechanical assembly practices
- Familiar with structured BOMs, assembly drawings and kit identification
- Must be agile and able to work multiple projects
- Work well independently and in a group setting
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work at a fast pace environment
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Experience in Lean / 6 Sigma a plus
