Therapy Supervisor on site, Director, and Clinical Specialist support

Supervising 1 PTA

Software - Net Health for SNF and Netsmart for HH - training available

Offering 13 weeks Normal is M-F to cover a maternity leave

SNF Productivity expectations 82% (includes evaluations and group / concurrent time in full); Home Health is 5-6 pts a day

Guaranteed - 40 hours
