What Youll Do

As a Staff Software Engineer for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Products youll design build and scale solutions that ensure secure seamless and efficient identity and access management experiences across CoreWeaves platform. Your work will directly impact the security and productivity of both our internal teams and our enterprise customers.

• Architect develop and optimize CoreWeaves next-generation IAM platforms and services
• Lead technical decisions on authentication authorization and access control technologies
• Drive research into leading technologies techniques and designs for secure and resilient IAM experiences for both B2B and B2C use-cases
• Collaborate closely with security infrastructure and product teams to build scalable resilient IAM solutions
• Drive innovation by leveraging modern technologies to solve complex identity management challenges
• Mentor engineering team members championing best practices and high-quality software delivery

The base salary range for this role is $139000 to $275000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge skills experience and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining addition to base salary our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus equity awards and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
