Java Backend Lead Developer

Position : Java Backend Lead Developer Domain : Banking / Finance Location : Southlake, TX – 3 days a week, Day one onsite. Hire Type : FTE ( Full Time ) Only - No Contractors Salary : $120K (Based on candidates’ experience and interview feedback)

Skills : Java, Microservices, Spring boot and Kafka. Mandatory Skill : Spring Batch

MOST IMPORTANT : Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore / offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).

Candidate should be a hands-on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.

Must be doing hands-on Coding in the current projects.

Must have experience of 7 years and hands-on exp in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, Spring batch and Kafka.

Should have hands-on experience in their current projects.

Should have hands-on working experience in Agile Methodologies.

Should have a Strong and Hardcore Backend Project Development experience and API, mostly experience in using Java, spring boot, and any messaging tool.
