Job Description
The Ticket Analyst plays a pivotal role in the service billing team. As the service team completes service tickets, the ticket analyst will review each ticket to ensure all needed information is on the ticket in order to bill the client properly for completed services.
On each ticket, the Ticket Analyst will review the client, cross reference the client's master service agreement information, determine what service is billable and nonbillable, confirm what service work has been completed and at what cost, and completes the ticket before processing the ticket to the service billing team for completion.

high attention to detail
advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups)
ability to stay on task and complete work while working from home
great communication skills (email and verbal) large ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow null
