Guest Services Specialist

Helio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. The Guest Services Specialist will work on a full-time basis out of Helio Health's Inpatient Program.

Schedule will be : Tuesday - Saturday (days).

In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, all full-time Guest Services Specialists are eligible for a sign-on incentive up to $1,500!

Pay rate : $17.78 - $18.07 per hour.

Responsibilities :

• Assist in orientating patients, manage ongoing needs throughout the patient's stay in the program and prepare and maintain the facility for use and cleanliness.
• Assist with the admission process of the program including orientating patients to the facility, responding to patient inquiries and requests and resolving issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of program expectations and schedules and assist patients in managing these activities.
• Assist with crisis intervention activities, as requested.
• Ensure the facility is maintained in a clean and safe manner at all times.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
