Summary :
Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse who practices independently in dynamic clinical settings. You will provide both routine and complex care to pediatric patients while developing long-term goals. This role requires the ability to manage nursing contingencies effectively and to delegate tasks appropriately to optimize patient care.

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with the ANA Scope and Standards, using the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Effectively address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
- Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, monitoring for effectiveness and any side effects.
- Thoroughly document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
- Assess the educational needs of patients and families, offering valuable information and resources.
Position Requirements :
Education : Preferred Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing.Experience : Minimum of 1 year in a related nursing specialty is preferred.Licenses / Certifications : BLS certification is required. RN License must be valid in the state of employment or through a compact license.Orientation and Onboarding :
Newly hired experienced RNs are required to attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days.All new hires will be guided by trained staff members to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, validated through specific competency assessments.Completion of annual competency verification is mandatory.Additional Qualifications :
Experience in Pediatric Settings or completion of a Perinatal RN Residency is preferred.Current PALS or PEARS certification is required.Work Schedule : 7 PM - 7 AM
