Registered Nurse - Acute Pediatric Care

Summary :

Join our team as a skilled Registered Nurse who practices independently in dynamic clinical settings. You will provide both routine and complex care to pediatric patients while developing long-term goals. This role requires the ability to manage nursing contingencies effectively and to delegate tasks appropriately to optimize patient care.

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care aligned with the ANA Scope and Standards, using the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Effectively address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocol, monitoring for effectiveness and any side effects.
• Thoroughly document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess the educational needs of patients and families, offering valuable information and resources.
