Job Duties :

Lead and coordinate all managerial and administrative aspects of projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Collaborate with clients and design teams to develop project concepts, budgets, and schedules.

Participate in proposal reviews to evaluate scope, provide cost-saving options, and support contract negotiations.

Oversee subcontractor and vendor selection, procurement, and buyout processes.

Work closely with field leadership to develop subcontractor scopes of work, project schedules, and site logistics plans.

Facilitate preconstruction and planning meetings to proactively address constructability, sequencing, or manpower challenges.

Conduct regular on-site progress meetings with clients and trade partners to review milestones and resolve issues.

Manage project financials including budget tracking, owner pay applications, cost reporting, and progress billings.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

5–7 years of progressive construction management and / or engineering design experience.

Proven success leading large-scale industrial or commercial projects from planning through delivery.

Strong ability to build relationships with clients, design partners, and subcontractors.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software.
