What You’ll Do

  • Build, scale, and harden the infrastructure powering AI document workflows and high-throughput APIs.
  • Design deployment pipelines for seamless self-hosted and cloud-native enterprise deployments.
  • Develop observability and monitoring tools to support debugging at scale.
  • Optimize performance across compute, storage, and network layers.
  • Lead infrastructure security initiatives across enterprise environments.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of critical infra projects — you're not just a cog in the machine.

    • You’re a Fit If You Have

  • 4–9 years of experience as a DevOps, Infra, or Platform Engineer.
  • Proven success scaling infrastructure at a high-growth startup.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP), Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI / CD systems.
  • A CS degree or strong foundational knowledge in systems and networking.
  • High agency, low ego — you’re excited to figure things out and ship.
  • Bonus : Experience with Node.js, Postgres, Redis, or developer tooling.
  • Willingness to work onsite 5 days / week in NYC.
