The Talent Development team, part of our Human Resources department, brings this value to life by creating engaging learning experiences at all levels of the organization. As a Talent Development Intern, you'll support the team in revamping one or more of our leadership programs. This hands-on role includes shadowing current training programs, reviewing eLearning content, refreshing training materials, and designing job aids that enhance the learner experience. This internship offers an opportunity to gain real-word experience in learning and development, instructional design, and leadership training – all while contributing to the growth of our people and culture.What's In It For YouWe’re committed to our employees and work hard to prove it. For starters, we’re offering $16.50 hourly compensation for this role. Individual offers are based on skills, experience, and qualifications, and geographical location.

• Curate pathways of eLearning courses and training materials based on leadership competencies.
• Develop job aids to supplement leadership courses.
• Support the learning management system (UKG Pro Learning) UI launch.
• Shadow and support new employee onboarding process and leadership trainings.
• Prepare and present on leadership project at conclusion of the internship.
