Senior IT Tech Support Specialist

This position is for the IT Tech Specialistwhich is a Non-Exempt Onsite positionin the commercial navigation softwareteam.

As an IT Tech Specialist here at Honeywell you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems specific to Comm Nav Software. You will split your time supporting Commercial Navigation IT infrastructure as well as site specific IT needs.

Your expertise in IT hardware and software will be crucial in resolving technical issues and maintaining the efficiency of our technology this role you will have a direct impact on the productivity and effectiveness of our organization by ensuring that our IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Your technical skills and problem-solving abilities will be instrumental in resolving technical issues and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware (legacy and next gen) and software issues.
• Install configure and maintain computer systems and software.
• Submit IT tickets and be the POC for coordinating IT tickets with the global IT / CMADS team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and processes.
• Operational support of on premise and regional technology including virtualized workloads and networks
• Facilitate the implementation of new technology stacks and migration of workloads
• Provide escalation and supplier management to Site & Business
• Support the business case development IT transformation and service optimization initiatives
• Ensure full adoption and implementation of Honeywell standards tools processes and strict adherence to Honeywell policies
• Partner effectively across teams suppliers and business customers on cross-functional projects and process improvements
• Participate in site leadership meetings as an on-site focal

The annual base salary range for this position is $73700- $92200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
