Senior Software Engineer, Ads Serving and Foundation - USDS

TikTok Ads is helping to power the open internet with the best technology that connects and creates value for millions of advertisers, users, and influencers across the world. The Ads Infra - Serving and Foundation Team builds advertising systems and integrations that power ads from creation to delivery and the data that influences decisions along the way.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable and reliable ads serving infrastructure systems.
• Communicate cross-functionally across various teams, organizations and internal and external stakeholders to drive engineering efforts.
• Lead innovation efforts, and bring in new ideas and technologies.
• Enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships within hybrid work schedule (hybrid 3 days in office).
