(2 openings - 1 role is more technical to lead SIT work & 1 role is less technical / more functional to lead UAT work)

NOTES FROM MANAGER / REQUIRED SKILLS & EXP. :

• This will be for 3 migrations / conversions in the commercial line of business. Must have a strong grasp of functional & non-functional testing, & upstream / downstream conversions.
• Must possess Jira exp. & Zephyr exp. is a huge plus. Banking domain exp. highly desired.
• These positions will be primarily responsible for managing / coordinating SIT, UAT, an End-to-End testing activities for a major loan accounting system implementation (AFS Vision).
• Activities will include detailed business requirements creation, test script / case writing, coordination of testers / testing efforts, monitoring and management of testing activities, and reporting / tracking / resolution of defects.
• The positions will also manage / coordinate functions within dress rehearsal and live conversion events.
• Activities will include planning the events, coordinating required resources, managing activities within the events, escalation / resolution of issues, and all other tasks required.

Skill Set 1 : SIT and UAT test management / coordination experience, preferably with loan servicing systems

Skill Set 2 : Ability to write business requirements and test scripts / cases

Skill Set 3 : Strong communication and problem-solving skills
