    • The Day Porter at Chapman Automotive in Tucson, Arizona is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the dealership during daytime hours. This role involves performing various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a comfortable and welcoming environment for both employees and customers.

    Core Responsibilities :

  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring supplies are well-stocked.
  • Empty trash and recycling bins, and properly dispose of waste.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

    • Desired Qualifications and Experience :

  • Prior experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
