Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location : Auburn, NY

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 13 Weeks

Schedule : 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM, 36–40 hrs / week

On-Call : May be required

Unit Information

Critical Care Unit : 10 beds

RN : PT Ratio : 1 : 2

Charting Systems : Allscripts / Paragon / McKesson

Patient Population : Primarily adult ICU; pediatric cases rare

Equipment : 2 Servo vents, LTV ventilators, Vapotherm, V60 BiPAPs

Responsibilities : Vents, drips, management of arterial and central lines, codes

Requirements

Minimum 2 years ICU experience ; charge experience preferred

Basic Life Support (BLS) & Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required

Must have prior travel experience

Willingness to float to Med / Surg units as needed

AHA NIHSS certification and 6 CEUs on stroke-related topics required prior to start
