About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP of Product to spearhead the strategic and operational aspects of its women's mental health platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap, with a focus on high-stakes prioritization that balances clinical outcomes, operational scalability, patient experience, and business growth. This role demands a seasoned product leader with a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management, including at least 3 years in a VP / Director role, and a proven track record in scaling products within a startup environment. The VP of Product will also be tasked with leading AI product innovation, orchestrating large cross-functional initiatives, and building a high-performing product organization.

Applicants for the VP of Product position at the company should be deeply rooted in the healthcare industry, with a particular emphasis on digital health, clinical settings, or regulated healthcare environments.
