Working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment, the Graphic Designer is the day-to-day backbone of the team. Perfecting their production skills and developing their ability to explore creative concepts, the Graphic Designer delivers on a broad range of projects under the direction of the Creative Lead. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, is experienced in a range of graphic design areas and revels in a fast-paced environment where everyone is expected to have fun, contribute and take part in the creative direction of the company.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities :
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for retail, social media, digital assets, presentations, and print materials
- Design and execute graphics to meet product or campaign direction
- Ability to retail or marketing concepts across multiple pieces as part of a complete campaign
- Reformatting and updating existing creative for final file delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity
- Collaborates with other Designers on creative thinking and problem solving
- Daily upkeep of project management software and archiving of completed jobs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Maintain consistency in visual branding across all touchpoints
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

We consider many factors in determining base compensation, including position scope, job related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. The expected annual base pay range for this position is $73,000 - $85,000 . Additional benefits, such as health & wellness, performance bonuses, product discounts, holidays, paid time off, etc. may also be offered in accordance with our plans.
