A company is looking for a Strategy & Business Operations Associate.

Key Responsibilities

Work on ad-hoc projects as directed by the CEO, collaborating with various functions

Support the annual planning process, monthly business reviews, and ongoing goal-tracking

Manage and track business KPIs to provide insights into company-wide progress

Prepare materials for board meetings and executive presentations

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting, banking, or private equity firm

MBA is a plus

Experience leading complex projects with limited guidance

Technical skills in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides; proficiency with SQL and / or Python is a plus

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and reside in the United States
