Summary

HII - Mission Technologies is seeking a Network Administrator for a high priority project that is part of their Space Protection and Response Solution Contract. The objective of the Space Protection and Response Solutions is to provide innovative technology solutions to ensure our Nation’s space mission capabilities in a multi-domain, joint and coalition conflict.

As a Network Administrator you will implement and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. Your role will involve overseeing network administration, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring the performance, availability, and security of our network systems.

What You Will Do

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot WAN / LAN equipment including routers, switches, multiplexers, and VPNs
• Manage internetworking protocols (IP, VLANs, VTP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, multicast) across Cisco, Juniper, and Brocade platforms
• Perform packet-level diagnostics using NetFlow, protocol analyzers, sniffers, and log analysis
• Apply DoD STIGs to network devices and ensure compliance with security policies
• Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds
• Assist in network design, documentation, and implementation
• Support cross-domain connectivity and implement robust network security measures
• Perform additional duties as assigned
