Job Details

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will support our attorneys in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operations within the firm.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with legal research and document preparation.
• Manage and organize client files and legal documents.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances.
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the firm's standards of professionalism.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
