Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,820 to $3,000 per week in Mount Angel, OR

• Day shift 5x8-hour schedule, 8 am - 4 : 30 pm
• No weekends and no on call
• Up to 6 patients per day with 1 : 1 ratios
• Home health setting
• 1 year skilled home health experience required
• BLS certification required
