As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dimitri Kondos - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success.     • RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Train and mentor junior staff.

    • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1+ years of experience in insurance sales or account management.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Insurance licenses will be required on first day of employment.
