Manufacturing Process Technician - Dice

Located in Lowell, MA, this Dice Manufacturing Technician shall be part of the Die Business team reporting into the Die Business Manager. The technician shall setup and run automated Dice operations on singulated semiconductor wafers.

The hourly rate for this position is $24 - $39 per hour. Actualsalary offered to candidates will depend on several factors, including but notlimited to, work location, relevant candidates' experience, education, andspecific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
