Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in the logistics / trucking industry.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite applications including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Prior experience in over-the-road Driver settlements.
  • TMW experience is a plus.

Responsibilities :

  • Input and Review Driver settlements for accuracy.
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve issues with driver or carrier pay and address concerns.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all urgent pay-related issues are resolved on a timely basis ensuring that drivers have a positive experience with pay settlements.
  • Work effectively across multiple functions including Operations, Finance, and other teams to ensure quality results.
