job_description.job_card.job_descriptionAct as the primary gatekeeper and liaison to the company's leader Manage a complex, constantly changing calendar with accuracy and precision Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and travel with the utmost attention to detail Draft confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations Anticipate the needs of the Executive and maintain a proactive approach to all tasks Serve as a key partner to senior leadership across the organization Exercise discretion with sensitive information and interactions Supporting project management tasks and consistent follow-up on action items 5+ years of experience supporting c-suite or senior executives as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-demand environment Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and an ability to remain calm under pressure, while balancing a sense of urgency Impeccable writing and editing capabilities Proven discretion, loyalty, and integrity Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, Excel, Zoom and the ability to become proficient in the organization's CRM platform This is a full-time, on-site role with regular business hours and occasional availability needed after-hours Background check and references will be required Clean driving record
Executive Assistant- Relocation Assistance Offered
Location : Albuquerque, NM, 100% on-site, relocation assistance provided
Hours : Full-time Monday-Friday, evening and weekend work as needed
Compensation : Competitive salary and consistent bonus, A $25,000 relocation assistance package is provided, and any remaining funds not used will be yours to keep after the calendar year following your start date.
