HIRING : Clinic-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant!

We are looking for an excited and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join Celebrations Speech Group's Clinical Team, part or full time, for an in-person position in the east Bay Area, CA region . Join our group of supportive teammates and, under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, take ownership of an engaging pediatric caseload.

Responsibilities :

  • Implement direct therapy and treatment plans.
  • Document and store treatment plans and progress reports.
  • Update clients progress reports.
  • Implement and document therapeutic interventions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
  • New client evaluations and evaluation reports.

    • Applicants must hold a current and valid COTA license issued by the California Board of Occupational Therapy or similar eligible out-of-state licensing board.

    Qualifications :

  • Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license issued by California Board of Occupational Therapy

    • Candidates with licenses pending board approval encouraged to apply

  • Ability to build rapport with staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive and collaborative demeanor.
