Field Labor (HDD Experience)

Seeking experienced field labor personnel with Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) background to support underground utility construction projects. Candidates must be reliable safety-minded and capable of contributing to daily drilling operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HDD operations including setup mud mixing tracking potholing and conduit pulls
  • Assist drill operator with daily tasks and jobsite prep
  • Perform hand digging trenching and equipment spotting
  • Maintain clean safe and compliant work sites
  • Follow all local state and company safety protocols

Required Experience

  • 1 3 years experience supporting HDD or underground utility crews
  • Proficiency with mud systems locating and underground construction practices
  • Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor field conditions
  • CDL preferred (not required)
  • Clean driving record
