Press and Stamping Machine Operator

6AM - 4 : 30PM

Overview :

Operate and maintain press and stamping machines to produce high-quality metal components, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up and operate press and stamping machines, adjusting settings for optimal performance.
Load raw materials and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or deviations.
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, including cleaning and lubrication.
Maintain accurate production records and report any issues to supervisors.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience operating press and stamping machinery preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions :

Standing for extended periods and handling materials up to 50 lbs.

Exposure to manufacturing environment with noise and machinery.

Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
