Overview

TalentFish is casting a line for a Senior Optime Application Coordinator Epic / Workday Consultant . This is a Contract or Contract-to-Hire role in Remote (U.S.-based) .

The reason this position exists is to lead the implementation optimization and support of Epic Optime and / or Workday solutions within a digital health environment. The ideal candidate will bridge clinical and operational workflows with technology to ensure effective use of systems that enhance patient care staff efficiency and regulatory compliance. What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• 5 years of experience with Epic Optime or Workday configuration support and / or optimization.
• Current Epic certification in Optime or related Epic modules (e.g. Anesthesia ASAP Radiant).
• Experience in Workday HCM Financials or Supply Chain is highly desirable.
• Proven success in leading or coordinating large-scale EMR or ERP implementations.
• In-depth understanding of clinical workflows OR scheduling and perioperative environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL practices change management and governance.
• Experience collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Excellent communication problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare IT Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Compensation Information

The expected salary range for this position is $65 $95 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This role also qualifies for comprehensive benefits such as health insurance 401(k) and paid time off. TalentFish is committed to pay transparency and equal opportunity.
