A global, multi-brand restaurant group with a strong U.S. footprint is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its franchising operations. This is a high-impact role for an attorney who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across legal disciplines with a focus on franchise law.
What You'll Do :
- Lead the preparation, review, and filing of Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDDs) , franchise agreements, development agreements, and related contracts.
- Advise internal teams on franchise marketing compliance, franchisee relationships (defaults, terminations, committees), and operational support.
- Provide day-to-day legal counsel across areas including procurement, employment, litigation, and marketing.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel to manage risk and ensure legal compliance across business functions.
