Position Summary :

The Business Office Manager Assistant is responsible for billing and collection of the communitys revenue in accordance with current acceptable accounting principles, state and federal regulations, administrative policies and procedures, and as directed by the Business Office Manager and Administrator. The Business Office Manager Assistant will record census, cash, and revenue, counsel residents and responsible parties regarding their financial responsibilities and maintain documentation of collection efforts.
