Senior QA Manual Analyst

Perform manual testing including functional, regression, and system testing.

Investigate and create valid test data for new and existing test cases.

Identify relevant data sources from relational databases, especially Oracle, to validate business logic.

Accurately identify, document, and track issues or defects, and verify fixes through re-testing.

Develop and maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and QA procedures.

Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders in an Agile / Scrum environment.

Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives as needed.

Support quality-related decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.

What you must have :

Proven experience in manual software testing and QA processes.

Strong knowledge of relational databases (especially Oracle) and the ability to identify appropriate test data sources.

Experience writing and executing test cases, test plans, and defect tracking using QA tools.

Effective communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.

Experience working in Agile methodologies.

Nice to have :

Experience working within juvenile justice, corrections, or similar public sector domains.

Familiarity with low-code platforms or modernization efforts involving legacy systems.

Other Information :

Work Schedule : 20 hours / week (Monday through Friday). All work must be completed during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
