This position will provide customer service and support by order entry of misc. industrial control and automation component items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products, services and order status.
- Handle requests for price quotes, credit applications, purchase orders, order adjustments and order cancellations.
- Place timely orders with vendors by computer, phone or email.
- Remain current with discount structure and WIE products.
- Maintain current customer accounts and build relationships.
- Work closely with sales department including inside and outside sales representatives in a team environment.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk working on computer, phone.Education and Experience Required :
