System Administrator, Test Engineer (Bellevue)

WHO YOU ARE

Prowess Consulting is looking for an enthusiastic junior System Administrator / System Engineer / Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have skills in a variety of technologies including storage, compute, and networking. Strong trouble shooting and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively to resolve issues.

To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states : Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.

This is four (4) month role with the potential of an extension, This role can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please .

THE ROLE

• Researching, testing, development and writing in support of benchmarking, and testing
• Running publicly available hardware benchmarks and tracking results
• Running provided Python / PowerShell / Bash / Shell scripts or interactive steps to stress test server infrastructure hardware
