For almost 45 years they have been manufacturing machines to manufacturers in over 32 countries with over 800 technology patents. They are in need of several  Electro-Mechanical Assemblers  to join their team.

As an E / M Assembler you will be building various stages of the machine assembly that can range in size and complexity.  You may also disassemble and re-build a variety of electro-mechanical units, sub-assemblies, wiring, and complete machine modules using standard processes.

Comfortable working in a clean room environment (suit, hair net only)

Perform basic testing

Complete standard documentation forms, material requisitions, Time sheets, assembly logs, checklists, etc.

Utilize internal data-base to print shop packets, BOM's, pick lists to check inventory, compares kit material against shop packet

Perform additional tasks or be cross-trained in other departments.

Working from prints, procedures, planning schedules, and verbal and written instructions Candidates should have 6 months+ previous assembly experience in any of the following skills :

Electro-mechanical assebly

Cable Assembly

Wire Harness

Mechanical Assembly

Wiring

Pipe fitting

Pump installation

Sub assembly

Robotics

Our client, a cutting-edge R&D facility, is seeking Test Operators on 1st shift (7am - 3 : 30pm M-F).  You will work as part of a dynamic team that designs and manufactures new and innovative products that improve people's lives.  With an exciting team environment, onsite gym, and cafeteria this is one of the top places to work in Southern NH.

As a Test Operator you will support the cleaning and durability testing on a specific line.  You will perform repetitive cleaning cycles by hand in an office environment.  This process is done by following instructions in a User Manual.  You will then document cycle progress and support the creation of observation tickets if any unexpected device events occur.”

Successful candidates will have the following :

Ability to work with delicate parts and measuring equipment

Ability to follow test procedures set out by an engineering team, will train people with related manufacturing experience.

The Test Operator must be able to use Excel and work within spreadsheets, custom software (MRP / ERP and / or quality documentation systems) - Strong computer skills required

Capable of lifting 25-30 pounds with help when needed

Technical background and / or degree preferred
