The Environmental Services Technician assists the Environmental Services Manager with the overall physical plant, environment, maintenance and cleanliness of the internal community building and external community grounds. Our communities function similar to a beautiful hotel or private club and this position ensures immaculate surroundings and exceptional customer service. The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, utilizing courtesy, dignity, and respect in all of the following responsibilities :
