About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading comprehensive revenue integrity and automation strategies, integrating advanced technologies such as RPA and AI-driven tools, and optimizing processes to enhance performance. This role requires a strong background in revenue cycle, revenue integrity, or healthcare financial operations, with a proven track record in implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives. The VP will also oversee charge capture, coding integrity, billing compliance, denials management, and reimbursement optimization, and must be a subject matter expert in reimbursement models, coding accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue Integrity position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience. Expertise in coding, charge capture, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare compliance is essential, as is a strong understanding of revenue cycle automation tools and data analytics. The role demands strong leadership, team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in revenue cycle analytics and financial reporting.
