About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Integrity to provide strategic and operational leadership in maximizing revenue capture, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency within the revenue cycle. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading comprehensive revenue integrity and automation strategies, integrating advanced technologies such as RPA and AI-driven tools, and optimizing processes to enhance performance. This role requires a strong background in revenue cycle, revenue integrity, or healthcare financial operations, with a proven track record in implementing automation and digital transformation initiatives. The VP will also oversee charge capture, coding integrity, billing compliance, denials management, and reimbursement optimization, and must be a subject matter expert in reimbursement models, coding accuracy, and regulatory compliance. Candidates for the Vice President of Revenue Integrity position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 8-10 years of progressive leadership experience. Expertise in coding, charge capture, reimbursement methodologies, and healthcare compliance is essential, as is a strong understanding of revenue cycle automation tools and data analytics. The role demands strong leadership, team-building, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in revenue cycle analytics and financial reporting. The VP will be expected to mentor and lead high-performing teams, foster a culture of innovation and digital transformation, and collaborate with various stakeholders to improve documentation and revenue outcomes.
