In this role, you will assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans, guide patients through therapeutic exercises, document progress, and help residents regain mobility and independence. You will collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team and educate patients and families on home exercise programs.

Required qualifications include completion of an accredited PTA program and a current Florida PTA license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings is recommended.
