We are expanding our support team to include a Virtual Assistant who will serve as the first point of contact for customers reaching out through our online platforms. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for every guest whether they are asking about menu items orders or employment opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via live chat providing information regarding menu items orders and employment opportunities.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries ensuring polite and friendly communication.
- Assist in problem-solving and resolving customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain attention to detail in all communications and ensure accurate information is conveyed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Document and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as necessary.
- Adapt to various customer personalities by applying strong organizational skills and judgment.
