Join Allied Universal as a Patrol Officer in a logistics and distribution environment, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for conducting routine patrols throughout the location. What You'll Do

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential hazards.

Monitor premises for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by verifying credentials of individuals entering and / or exiting the location.

Document observations and incidents in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.

Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential security-related issues within the logistics and distribution environment.

Minimum Requirements

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
