Job Summary :

We are seeking an Epic Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive Epic training programs. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders and experts to create role-specific learning experiences aimed at enhancing user adoption and system competency. The ideal candidate will offer support throughout the training lifecycle, from classroom and e-learning development to go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Develop classroom, virtual, and e-learning content for Epic applications, including upgrades and optimizations.

Configure and maintain the Master Training Environment (MST) for training scenarios.

Deliver engaging Epic training sessions to end users, ensuring hands-on practice.

Partner with application analysts to integrate new builds into curriculum and training materials.

Maintain and update training documentation, job aids, and quick reference guides.

Must-Have Skills

Proven experience in Epic system training and instructional design.

Familiarity with clinical and / or revenue cycle workflows within Epic.

Competency in adult education and diverse training delivery methods.

Industry Experience :

Prior experience in healthcare or related fields, with a strong emphasis on Epic systems and workflows, is required for this role.
