Field Service - CNC Machine Tools 85% Travel - Based in Phoenix, AZ Key RequirementsAAS in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years troubleshooting and repairing CNC machines Read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics Knowledge of machine design, operation, and repair Troubleshoot mechanical / electrical systems and PLCs Provide diagnostic support (warranty & non-warranty) Perform on-site and remote service support Install and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Train customers on machine tools and accessories Coordinate upgrades and service with customers Communicate clearly to resolve customer issues Report accurately and collaborate with the service team The company provides a vehicle, phone, and computer
