Job Opportunity : Bilingual Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Spanish & English)

Location : Pembroke Pines, FL

Are you a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a meaningful impact in children's lives? Join Matter of Speech, a therapist-owned practice committed to delivering exceptional speech and language therapy to children aged 6 months to 5 years. We are seeking a Bilingual SLP (Spanish & English) who enjoys working in community settings (preschools and homes).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
  • Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Deliver therapy services in community settings (homes, preschools).
  • Offer parent coaching and education to support therapy goals outside of sessions.
  • Provide classroom support and consultative services for teachers as needed.

Requirements :

  • Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • State licensure as an SLP in Florida.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required).
  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to guide and coach parents during therapy sessions.
  • Collaborative nature with experience or willingness to work in educational settings.
